Who we are and where we came from

Evie & co came from a desire to combine two of my favouite things to do: Giving great gifts and bringing a smile to others!

I'm Mandi, a 30 something young mum of three young boys. Five boys if you include my "big kid" husband and our 12 yr old Jack Russell! My beautiful mother Nora Evelyn passed away after a long battle with cancer. At the time, I didn't have any babies and I promised her, I would name my future baby girl ' Evie' in honour of her. Many years later, 3 gorgeous sons and no little Evie. I chose to use her name for my other ' baby'.  This business is my baby in many ways.  I have poured my love into ideas, spend many sleepless nights, thinking of all the things that could happen and now I'm watching it grow and find itself it's place in the world. 

Evie & co helps to bring other ' mum' businesses and small local businesses together in one sweet little black box. Check out my local suppliers at the bottom of the main page! They are all high quality producers and all very lovely people!
